At TIEM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place your unworn items back in their original shoe box or packaging and include the provided packing slip inside the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous labels.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
